About
A marketer who runs a hospitality business too.
I help hospitality and consumer brands grow through experience-led marketing, strategic content, and customer engagement systems that turn audiences into loyal customers.
The operator's edge
I don't just market hospitality and consumer brands — I run one. As an active restaurateur at Crust & Beans, I know first-hand what fills seats, turns first-timers into regulars, and protects margins. That ground-level experience goes into every plan and every piece of creative I build for clients, so the marketing is grounded in how the business actually works — not just how it looks online.

How I more than doubled daily sales at Crust & Beans
A hands-on marketing turnaround for a café I help run — driven by offers, occasions, and events.
Crust & Beans — café, Bangladesh. My role: partner and operator, across daily operations and marketing.
Inside Crust & Beans.
The result, in one lineAverage daily sales grew by more than 130% — from roughly BDT 30k to BDT 70k per day.
The situation
Crust & Beans had a solid product and a good location, but daily sales were sitting flat at around BDT 30,000 a day. The café was relying on walk-in traffic and word of mouth, with no consistent reason for customers to come back, no calendar of offers, and no use of the space beyond ordinary daytime trade. The footfall was there; the marketing wasn’t pulling its weight.
What I did
Rather than run one-off promotions and hope, I built a rolling rhythm of reasons to visit — and used the venue itself as a marketing asset. Working from inside daily operations, I could test, watch the numbers, and adjust fast.
Introduced Happy Hour meal deals to drive traffic during slow parts of the day and lift average covers.
Ran occasion-led specials — including a Valentine’s Day special menu — to turn calendar moments into peak-sales days.
Used events and live sessions at the venue to bring in new audiences and give regulars a reason to return (see the Downtown Unplugged case study).
Tied it all together with consistent social content and promotion so every offer and event actually reached people, instead of relying on walk-ins noticing.
What happened
The combination of recurring offers, occasion-based campaigns, and events shifted the café from flat daytime trade to a venue with momentum. Average daily sales climbed from around BDT 30,000 to around BDT 70,000 — more than doubling — and the calendar of offers and events created repeat reasons to visit rather than one-time spikes.
Most importantly, this wasn’t marketing done at arm’s length. Every initiative was tested and measured from inside the business, which is exactly how I work with the hospitality and consumer brands I partner with.
Building Downtown Unplugged into a sold-out live music series
From idea to two sold-out sessions — the second selling out so fast it became two shows in one day.
Downtown Unplugged — a live café music session series I created, produce, and market end to end.
Downtown Unplugged — a live session in full swing.
The result, in one lineTwo sold-out sessions — the second sold out so fast it ran as two shows in a single day. A third is now in planning.
The situation
Downtown Unplugged started as my own idea: an intimate live music session inside a café setting — part gig, part community night. The challenge with any new event series is the first one. With no track record and no existing audience for the format, the first session has to prove the concept, fill the room, and earn the right to a second.
Setting the stage.
What I did
I ran the series the way I run any campaign — owning it from concept through to a full house.
Created and produced the format end to end: concept, talent, venue, run-of-show, and promotion.
Booked artists with real pull — the first session featured Ishmam Selim of Dad’s in the Park; the second featured the band EIDA.
Marketed each session to fill the room, building anticipation and converting interest into actual attendance.
Managed live execution on the day, including scaling the second session into two back-to-back shows when demand outstripped a single sitting.
On stage at Downtown Unplugged.
What happened
The first session sold out and proved the concept. The second went further — it sold out so quickly that a single show couldn’t hold the demand, so it was run as two shows on the same day, both full. The series went from an untested idea to a repeatable, in-demand live format.
A third session is now in planning. Downtown Unplugged is a clear example of what I bring to hospitality and consumer brands: I don’t just promote events — I conceive, produce, market, and execute them, and I fill the room.
